Shipping within the United States
OMCA Store ships every Wednesday and Friday, except on major US holidays. All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise indicated. Please allow 7–10 business days for ground delivery. We will contact you in the event of a delay. A valid US address is required. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and its destination. Shipping discounts and flat rate shipping do not apply. Some oversized items may not be able to be shipped to an international address. Shipments outside the United States may also be subject to additional tariffs, duties, or other non-routine customs brokerage charges that are the responsibility of the RECIPIENT due upon delivery.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for a replacement, exchange or full refund within 30 days of receipt of item.
Jewelry returns must be made within 10 days of receipt. All sale items are non-returnable. Please make claims for damaged merchandise or incorrect merchandise within 5 days of receipt of goods.
Returns will only be accepted with receipt and in resalable condition. Credit will be issued on the credit card used for the original item(s) (shipping cost is non-refundable). Customers pay return shipping cost except for the case that damaged or incorrect items were shipped.
